Dr. Bilal Afsar joined Hazara University in 2007. He did his MS and BS from COMSATS University, Abbottabad Campus. He did his PhD from Asian Institute of Technology in 2015 on HEC overseas scholarship. He is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Management Sciences at Hazara University, Pakistan. He has the honour of winning the “Best Young Researcher Award” by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. He has published 70 research papers in SSCI + Scopus indexed journals. His areas of research are Leadership, Innovation Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Employee Psychology.
